Aviation Analysis Program
Oil Analysis
A central part of every maintenance schedule, oil analysis identifies potential problems with wetted systems such as gearboxes, engines, generators, pumps and bearings.
Debris & Filter Analysis
Particles found within filters, on magnetic chip detectors or during routine visual inspection are analysed using the analytical capabilities of Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM).
Fuel Analysis
Periodic monitoring of fuel tanks and bowsers is fundamental to ensure that fuel cleanliness is maintained at all times and to identify when treatment is needed.
Hydraulic Fluid Analysis
Regular testing provides a clearer picture of cleanliness and performance helping keep critical control systems and supply vehicles in perfect condition.

All three laboratories, Spectro UK, Spectro AG and Jet-Care, are part of the Honeywell Authorised Worldwide SOAP Network.
Following the recent FAA AD 2018-13-05 our oil and filter analysis and qualifications for all three laboratories are in compliance with AD-2018-13-05. "Honeywell SOAP Labs all conform to test to the standard required to certify accomplishment of AD2018-13-05 Paragraph (g) (2)." For further information contact our Sales team.
