News from Spectro | Jet-Care regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

With the rapidly mounting global challenge of the COVID-19 Coronavirus the health, safety and welfare of our employees, suppliers and customers is our highest priority.  With this in mind we would like to update you on our plans for the continued support of your laboratory analysis program.

As part of our business continuity plan we can confirm that the following contingencies have been set in place:

• Our laboratory analysis service continues as normal with laboratory staff working on split team shift patterns
• We have remote working facilities in place for our key business support teams, to maintain services without being exposed to unnecessary health risks.  Staff will be contactable by phone and email as usual.
• Our Urgent Sample Analysis (AOG) service will continue as normal and is available by clicking this link
• Our shipping department continue to support the dispatch of analysis kits to our customers
• We will be monitoring the situation closely and providing further updates by email and on our website.
