Spectro | Jet-Care continue to be the laboratory of choice to the helicopter industry

Spectro | Jet-Care have been providing vital analysis services to the onshore and offshore helicopter markets since 1976.    This independent service is underpinned by the Company's understanding of working in challenging environments where safety is paramount and maintenance support is second to none.

“Our many years experience in providing laboratory analysis services to the helicopter market and understanding of our clients, their operations and mission profiles has ensured that we are in a position to provide a highly respected, recognised and unrivalled service” said Alan Baker, Sales & Marketing Manager, Spectro | Jet-Care.   “The quality of our analysis is underpinned by approvals or preferred supplier status held from major engine, airframe and gearbox manufacturers; these include Safran Helicopter Engines, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Leonardo Helicopters and Airbus Helicopters, providing further validation of our commitment to the helicopter world.   The approvals cover the oil and debris analysis part of our service but in addition we also provide analysis of filters, hydraulic fluid and fuel“.

Accurate analysis, combined with an understanding of the equipment, operations and customers, along with technical guidance and 24/7 availability to cover AOG situations, are key to providing a first class laboratory analysis service.   In addition maintaining the highest possible quality standards, through the latest accreditation of ISO/IEC 17025:2005, make us the laboratory of choice.

As an independent Company, we are committed to ensuring that all three laboratories, located in the USA, UK and Switzerland, continue to provide first class facilities. With this in mind, and to meet the continued increase in demand for equipment condition monitoring, the Swiss laboratory will be moving to a new larger location, just a few minutes from its current site, in early Spring 2018.

Both the UK and USA offices and laboratories have also undergone extensive refurbishment and expansion in the last six years and this final phase of development will ensure that the Swiss laboratory can meet the growth currently experienced in the central European market place.
