Spectro | Jet-Care launch cardboard mailers for Marine oil/coolant sample kits

At the beginning of May 2024 we were very pleased to launch our new cardboard mailers for use with the Spectro | Jet-Care marine oil/coolant sample kits.  For some years we have used blue plastic mailer tubes to allow customers to return their samples to our laboratories and indeed we have reused these where possible up to now.  However, in light of our initiative to reduce some of the plastic waste at Spectro | Jet-Care we are glad to announce the implementation of a cardboard mailer, to replace the plastic version, which is manufactured from recycled cardboard and is also fully recyclable when it has been used.

The mailer is a telescopic style tube and is sealed when the sample bottle is placed inside by using the address label of the chosen laboratory to wrap around the join of the tube to ensure safe transit.

The launch of the new mailers has been a phased approach so your future orders for cases and restocks will contain the new tubes although there may be some previous stock held at our European satellite locations at GYS in Antibes, France; Estela in Palma Majorca and Mansueto in Italy.  If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us at enquiries@spectro-oil.com
