Spectro | Jet-Care, the leading independent laboratory providing condition monitoring services to the global marine industry, today announced the appointment of Larry Rumbol as their new Marine Business Development Manager.

“We are delighted that Larry has chosen to join Spectro | Jet-Care; an advocate of condition monitoring, his expertise and wealth of knowledge of the marine industry will be a huge asset to the Spectro | Jet-Care team” said David Glass, Managing Director, Spectro | Jet-Care.

Larry’s appointment to the UK based business development team in Odiham, Hampshire, further underscores Spectro | Jet-Care's commitment to providing a first class laboratory analysis service to the marine industry, supported by technical excellence.  The role carries a global remit and includes the development of business in the commercial vessel and offshore support vessel sectors, as well as continuing to build on the portfolio of superyachts, megayachts and cruise liners that rely on the Company’s condition monitoring expertise.

The Spectro | Jet-Care analysis service is an important tool for preventative monitoring and allows clients to better understand the health of their engines, propulsion units, hydraulic equipment systems as well as oil performance and condition.  The Company’s three state-of-the-art laboratories, based in the UK, USA and Switzerland, offer a comprehensive range of services – Oil Analysis, Hydraulic Fluid Analysis, Fuel Analysis, Debris and Filter Analysis – all developed to identify operational issues at the earliest possible stage.   In addition all three laboratories maintain the same exacting high standards and are supported by the industry recognised accreditation, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, the testing and calibration laboratory standard.
