Jet-Care launch new trend programs for CFM56-3 and TPE331 engines

Jet-Care, the independent leader in engine trend monitoring services for the aviation industry, today announced the launch of two new engine trend programs for the CFM International CFM56-3 and Honeywell TPE331 engines.

“Adding the CFM56-3 and TPE331 engines to our portfolio allows us to offer engine trend monitoring services to a wider variety of aircraft owners and operators” said Alan Baker, Sales & Marketing Manager, Jet-Care.  “In particular the lack of TPE331 engine trend programs in the marketplace has meant that a large number of TPE331 operators have not been able to assess the true condition of their engines until engine overhaul.  We realised the need for a full TPE331 trend service and with our years of technical expertise developed a GPA model for this engine.”

The portfolio of Jet-Care GPA (Gas Path Analysis) trend programs has focused mainly on the business and general aviation market in recent years but the move towards offering engine trend services to larger commercial aircraft is an exciting new step for Jet-Care. “Customer service and program sensitivity is what sets us apart from other trending providers and we wanted to bring that first class excellence to the commercial aviation marketplace through the launch of an engine trend program for the CFM56-3 engine,” said Baker.

The bespoke GPA programs are renowned for their sensitivity and have a proven capability in identifying abnormal engine trends and deterioration.   Unlike some automated services the Jet-Care program managers and engineers review every trend produced from the engine data they receive and create reports specific to the operators’ needs.  In addition the Jet-Care team are available to aid diagnosis, interpretation and provide guidance to maintenance teams.

As the only independent engine trend monitoring company [1] with Lloyds Register Quality Assurance accreditation for AS9100 and ISO9001 Quality Management System standards, Jet-Care has over 35 years of experience and brings a proven and credible alternative to OEM programs.

Today Jet-Care offers a broad range of engine trend programs, allowing operators with mixed fleets to choose just one provider for all their trend monitoring needs. For more details about these programs please see a Jet-Care representative at this week’s European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva at Stand #J46 or email them at inquiries@jet-care.com.
