Further to our news release on 26th March regarding the closure of the French Post Office we can confirm that it has re-opened.
We understand that the French Post Office address at 68300 Saint-Louis, used as a shipping location for sending samples to our Swiss laboratory, is now able to accept packages. We are making regular visits to collect samples sent via this method to ensure that our analysis service continues as usual.
In addition we can confirm that our full analysis service from all three laboratories remains available during the COVID-19 pandemic.
