ECHO®
The ECHO® (Engine Condition Health Online®) program is software written entirely in-house and developed to enhance the Jet-Care reporting capabilities.
- The flight data, submitted by customers either from electronic capture or kneepad, is processed by Jet-care.
- ECHO files are routinely emailed to customers or downloaded from this website log-in area.
- The customer uploads the files in the ECHO reader program which provides the ability to view raw data and graphical trends, giving a detailed picture of equipment status.

- ECHO has been thoroughly tested by our IT developers, engine program managers, and externally by some of our largest customers. It is a continuously evolving program with regular improvements based on customers’ feedback.
- The program can be operated from a single computer or networked over a company's LAN in order to be shared within a technical department.
- Colour coded alert levels (normal, early warning, advance warning) are displayed.
- PDF reports showing trends and numerical data, can be generated from within the program with supplementary comments added by the user.
- Long term trends can be reviewed using either the trend scroll or by increasing the sample rate.
- ECHO reporting software won the 2001 Technology Innovation Award from the prestigious Aviation Week & Space Technology publication.
- ECHO is supplied free of charge to Jet-Care customers.
